Water Recycling

Initially we purify the water mechanically with the help of a system of stainless hydro cyclones that separate all solid particles down to the size of approximately 20 microns. After that, an ozone generator takes over. Ozone is very oxidizing and reacts with a number of different materials. It will then quickly break down, eliminating odour, bacteria, micro organisms, mould spores and other organic material. After treatment in the hydro cyclones and the ozone generators, the water is clean enough to be reused in the wash process.

The system is completely automatic and is controlled via level regulation, which means that it is almost self-driven and requires minimal supervision. More than 85% of the water is recycled and can be used again. Fresh water is only used in the final rinse.
